What browser should I use?
Any recent major web browser should do fine. We recommend Mozilla Firefox 2.0 and above but Internet Explorer 6.0 and above should work fine, as will Apple's Safari browser. If you have trouble, try switching to one of those browsers first.
Why do items disappear from my cart?
You'll need to ensure cookies are enabled in your browser.
Cookies allow your browser to save information such as what's in your shopping cart. They are used by nearly all web sites these days. If you use Internet Explorer, please make sure to go to the Tool > Internet Options menu and change your privacy setting to Accept All. That way, no cookies will be blocked.
Shipping and Returns
Do you ship outside the lower 48 United States?
Yes. We ship world wide. Our website will calculate shipping for the lower 48 United States. But feel free to place an order no matter where you need your items shipped. Our friendly sales staff will call you to let you know what the cost will be to ship your order before sending.
What if I need to return something?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. You will need to get a return authorization code by calling us at 800-537-3001 or 1-267-498-0071 ahead of time. We cannot refund shipping and handling.
Is there tax on my order?
Only if you ship your order to Pennsylvania in the United States or anywhere in Canada. 6% sales tax is added to those orders automatically by our website.
