What browser should I use?
Any recent major web browser should do fine. If you're having issues using Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari, please download the most recent version of Google Chrome.
Why do items disappear from my cart?
You'll need to ensure cookies are enabled in your browser. Cookies allow your browser to save information such as what's in your shopping cart. They are used by nearly all web sites these days. If you use Internet Explorer, please make sure to go to the Tool > Internet Options menu and change your privacy setting to Accept All. That way, no cookies will be blocked.
Is there tax on my order?
6% sales tax is automatically added to any order shipping to Pennsylvania. 5% Government Sales Tax is added to all orders shipping to any province in Canada.
